What to expect at your session
Your session will normally be online via Zoom link*.
Before we begin, we will establish exactly what you are looking to achieve. We will then explore this via an ecology check, which in basic terms means looking at how this change will fit into your life to ensure that it will be positive!
Using relaxation and hypnotherapy techniques, I guide you into a deeply relaxed state where your subconscious mind becomes more receptive to positive suggestions. This relaxed state is NOT the same as being asleep.
The relaxation process is very gentle and reassuring, enabling you to filter out distractions and become focused. This empowers you to make meaningful changes and achieve lasting results.
